Triton Wealth has teamed up with Rippleside Elementary School as part of its book vending machine initiative.

Purchased in July, the vending machine holds up to 300 books and will create an an opportunity for students to earn free books to read, keep and build their own home library.

Triton Wealth will collect donations of cash or new books geared toward students in kindergarten through sixth grade. You can also click the link below to purchase books selected specifically for this vending machine directly from Amazon.

New Partner: Operation Christmas! A Generous Slice

Triton Wealth is joining forces with Operation Christmas to help hundreds of children and families in Aitkin County! Please join us at our Thanksgiving Pie Event on Tuesday, Nov 26th, to contribute to a slice of generosity to the cause.

As you pick up your pies for the holidays, we will collect donations to be given to Operation Christmas. Cash donations will be accepted, but there is also a list of high-need personal care items and a wish list from the kids for that perfect gift.           

Operation Christmas takes donations of new, unwrapped toys; cash donations and donations of personal care items. Below, are listed what the highest needs are.

Teenagers have the biggest deficit when it comes to donations. Here are some ideas for this age group.

  • Fishing/hunting gear
  • Gift cards (Amazon, iTunes, Target, Walmart, etc.) typically in $10-$20 increments
  • Art supplies for older children (sketch pads, colored pencils, gel pens, craft kits, glue guns, diamond painting, etc.)
  • Makeup
  • Nail polish
  • Fake nails/eyelashes
  • Electronics (chargers, ear buds, games)
  • Winter gear (sleds etc.)

Stocking stuffers:

  • Shampoo/conditioner
  • Body spray
  • Lip balm
  • Batteries
  • Nail polish
  • Pens
  • Lotions

Operation Christmas also tries to give each child a pair of winter gloves and a hat and a large package of socks if possible. Last year the program served 501 children in Aitkin County (approx. 200 families). All donations received stay in Aitkin County.
